The only real chance for a run was in the middle of the day so I went to the gym and jumped on a treadmill. Being pressed for time today I only ran 7K at 4:45/k pace. It was a very uneventful run, probably because I actually didn't go anywhere!
The local athletic good news is that Patrick N. competed yesterday in the World Duathlon Championship in Corner Brook Nfld., and finished 9th in the U23 category. Congratulations Patrick!
