Saturday Review: Chapter V

Today's review will be of miscellaneous places, events, and things seen and done (up to Sat. night) on our family trip:

1 Tim Horton's: Chili combo lunch is the best, fast, deal of a meal.
2 Parksville's City children's playground: Best I've ever seen.
3 Frontrunners (running shop) in Victoria: Great customer service.
4 Rebar vegetarian restaurant in Bastion Square, Victoria: So-so lunch, but go for the smoothies or double mint chocolate cookies.
5 Running route: Dallas Rd. along the water. One of the best.
6 Mocha Coffee House, Cook St. village: Great dark coffee and better brownie.
7 BC Ferries: On time and an expensive breakfast.
8 City Park in Victoria off of Admirals Rd.: Dog shite everywhere despite the signs telling owners to scoop the poop.
9 Beacon Hill Park Children's Farm: Incredible place for kids, the "the running of the goats" is a must see.
10 Worst web browser for writing posts for your blog: Mac's Safari.
11 Great Irish pub & eatery: The Irish Times Pub on Government. Tremendous fish and Chips and the Harp beer wasn't bad either.
12 Parkade where the stairwells don't smell of urine: Bottom of Yates St.
13 Best baby sitters in Hillside/Shelbourne region: Mikey and Jill.
14 Hospitality of Mike, Jill, and "T": awesome
