A discussion and 6K
I ran from the gym this morning, putting in an easy 6k. Before my rather uneventful run, I had a good discussion with Lorne and Lisa. I've always gotten great feedback from these two, and once again did today. I travel to Victoria tomorrow night and am looking forward to seeing my sister and the rest of the gang.
