Easy run in the autumn sun

Today was almost an exact copy of yesterday sans strong winds. It was a sunshiny autumn day. I went out this morning and ran easy for 1 hour 3 min, which was near 13-14K. Ran along the seawalk this morning, doing some drills there as well, then headed to the beach trail, the XC course, and back home. It was my first morning run in some time, and it was nice to have this done and out of the way so as not to have it on my mind for the day.

Congratulations to a couple of my running partners who ran yesterday in Vancouver at the ING James Cunningham seawalk race. Patrick came in a strong 6th overall and Lisa was the 6th woman finisher. If they keep improving at this pace they may not want to run with me much more....

For those who haven't noticed, I've added a section with links called: "Running Blogs I enjoy" on the right hand side of the site. These are blogs that consistently keep my interest.
