Quality boost

Getting home from work at dinner time and sitting down for dinner made for a lack of light at the track by the time I was able to run. So, I went to the treadmill for my first quality workout since last Sunday's race. My right hammy was feeling good and my right calf wasn't bothering me, a slight cold was my only affliction. That wasn't going to stop me today. I did a 2K warmup +5K tempo run + 2K cooldown. It was a really, really good 5K run, as I boosted my tempo pace; and for the first time in a while, my tempo day felt like the hard/quality day it should be. I was happy with my short quality day today. Due to several factors, I'd say this workout may be a leap forward......more on this later.

Well done. It will be fun to compare numbers.

Watch the bodyparts - there is no rush.
