Wet and muddy

It was a wet afternoon and ended up running about 10K easy. After doing drills at Balaclava park, I mainly ran on the streets of the west side of Vancouver. I did venture into the endowment lands and ended up very muddy as a result. The monsoon season is upon us! I'll be back home tomorrow afternoon and have a quality day scheduled. If I run the XC loops, it will be interesting to see how it goes; and will depend on doing a better job of pacing the loops.
