For anyone vaguely interested in productivity and the art of "Getting things done", here's a good article on how to better cross things off your to-do list. I've never read this particular book but many adherents to GTD swear by this guru. I may read it at some point -- I'll check the library.
Another great jumping in point for this kind of thing is at Merlin Mann's website, 43 folders. There's something about Mr. Mann that is so, well, likable; that is for someone I don't know. Here's part I of Building a smarter to-do list.
