Look at me

I didn't get out for my run until after dinner, and the weather once again fully cooperated. It was overcast, and a tad cooler than usual for this time of year. I walked out my door and ran my hill loop; completing eight hills, and helped immeasurably by my daughter (and Sarah) cheering for me as I ran by the house the last four circuits. To see how excited Audrey was, clapping her hands and cheering, supposedly for me, was special...... I say supposedly, because as I ran by the first time, she yelled, "look at me Dad, look at me". Very cute nonetheless.

8 times up Nootka St. for a run of 1:00:45
