Ran for about 13K tonight. My timing was wonderful, as I ran between two sides of a brief rain storm, running in really ideal weather conditions. It was overcast and warm, probably about 16 deg C (60 deg/F). No timing of the run, just ran from my place to the mill and back at a nice effort.
I hope to meet with coach sometime this week for a brief chat, though we had an informal debrief on the ferry today.
