Gut 400's-- literally

At the track and I was scheduled to run 10X400 hard. I ended up running 7X400 + 1X200 hard, as I had a bit of an upset stomach, so cut it short. I'm not proud I cut a few repeats out, but I'm happy with the extended effort over those quarters. I ran the last 200 in 35 sec.
