I ran my run/surge workout, for a total of 6 circuits of nearby streets plus 10:00 diagonals . This is one more loop than last week. All my workouts are increasing by one loop/hill/km each week at the moment. This workout was done while my wife had four ladies over with their kids for a massive
play date-- a perfect time for a workout!

You could have just chased the kiddies around for a little fartlek.
