Hills

I ran up Nootka St. six times.

A hill workout that was worth repeating.

It was around 9K and I should have ran instead of taking a nap right after work. I had to rush out to get it done, and didn't feel warmed up till about the 4th hill. Not the best hill workout, but its done and logged.
