Yesterday morning I ran the around Loon lake, taking the first 7k easy, then when I saw the 7k sign post, I increased my speed to around 10k race pace (or just below) for the last 6.1K. I was around the lake in 56:23.
Good workout, and the drizzly rain made for nice running conditions.
