Nootka hills

I started today's run in sunglasses and ended up running into a storm, albeit a minor one. I ran 7 times up Nootka street for a total of about 10-11k. It was a beautiful afternoon when I stepped outside my door, but there were ominous dark gray skies to the north of town. During each loop, as I ran north along the highway, the clouds were getting closer to me, ready to deliver their impending doom (o.k., maybe that's a bit over the top). It was odd really, I could literally see a wall of bad weather out on the water as I approached it. I ran through it, survived, and only had two more loops to go at this point.

A good run that left me better motivated for the rest of the afternoon.
