Yesterday:
My run/surge workout saw me doing 4 loops, and then about 10:00 of diagonals at the soccer pitch, for a total of about 7K.
Today:
A simple easy run of 6K. Done by the water and in a breeze.
Comments:
The run/surge effort was fairly tough, but not too bad. I probably ran at 5K (or a bit more) race pace. No watch wearing on either of these runs. I ran naked.
