What a beautiful night for a run. While running in the days final golden rays, I couldn't help but mentally contrast the weather now with what it will be like in January or February. Bad thinking really, sort of the glass half empty syndrome.
The workout in the main was 2X 2K in 7:33 and 7:41. I was shooting for 7:40's, so I'm pretty satisfied.

Patrick, the crazy bugger, ran a 10k today in 36:15. He shouldn't have, as I personally think his leg needs more recuperation; but hey, you can't tell the youth of today anything.
It was his last day in town today, as he's moving to Alberta. He's jumpin' on a big bird and heading for greener, er, snowier pastures. It's been great running with you Patty during the last few years. It will be nice to occasionally hook up when you're back for a visit. Good luck!
