14k

I ran for 14k, or to be extremely precise, 1:09:20. It rained all day, but stopped when I was half way through the run. A good run.

I had a quick look at the Richmond Race results from Sunday and something does look a bit off. A few of the top 10 finishers times were higher than recent 10k races in the Timex series. I'm having suspicions now that the course was long. I went back to the web site and I can't see it saying anywhere that the new course was a certified 10k. Oh well, everyone had to race the same distance. It would have been nice to have a certified course though, when this race has always been top notch and so well organized the past two times I've run it.
