Back to the track today, and I found a break in the rain, which made it pretty good running weather, all things considered.

Drill & Strides
6X 1k with 1:00 minute rest {3:38 target}
4 laps "boiling water" {start slow, increasing speed}
2 laps jog
Total = 10k
Generally, I was off my target time by a bit, but I'm chalking it up to mental lapses rather than any fitness deficiencies.
