Ran for 1:40:00 this morning. Started out very slowly, having to run with a HR below 150, which makes me feel like I'm going pretty slow. I ran a fairly hilly and undulating route which forced me to wind it back when I reached any sort of incline. Only when I hit a straight stretch, or a downhill section in particular, did I feel like I had to move the legs with anything resembling any speed. I marvel at Eric and the pace he runs at with a HR at say, 150 -- like this run he did the other day.
It's a beautiful sunny day which made for an enjoyable run. Sarah squeezed in a run before mine, she ran for about 35:00, and ran with the HR monitor for the first time. She averaged a HR of 165! Good work.
