3K moderate + 3k fast

Ran to my brother-in-laws at a moderate pace (which is about 3k away), turned and ran hard back home, taking the seawalk. It may have been a mistake Trying to come back fast along the seawalk due to the lack of light. Though I wore a headlamp, it took some concentration and work to keep my legs turning over without the terrain sort of "sneaking" up on me. The dips in the walk would catch my legs by surprise. I was avoiding the highway and the cars, but I think I should have taken it. It would have been easier to keep the legs turning over. I was lit up like a Christmas tree after all.
