300's at the track

I ran the following in the diminishing light and eventual dark:

Run to and from the track
10 laps total, with 300m fast and 100m shuffle

It was a short workout, but fairly intense. The 300's were getting long at the end with the shuffling becoming inversely shorter. On my last repetition, I could feel the area between my shoulders getting tight. A good workout overall.
