Two runs to Thaied me over

The last two days have offered some pleasant running conditions. No need for a toque, and because my long pants were in the wash, I wore shorts yesterday.

Yesterday:

I ran two loops of my Marine/Quesnel circuit, for about 5k.

Today:

I jogged up to the track and ran 10 laps (4k) of 200m fast, 100m shuffle. It was hard, but in a good way. Those 200's come up on you very fast! It's an increase from what I've been doing with this one the past few weeks (100m fast, 100m shuffle). I really see this type of workout being a boon for 5k racing. I enjoyed this workout today.

It was nice to get this one done in the morning, so I could enjoy a nice lunch at the Thai restaurant with my good friend Mark. The Thaidal Zone gets 4.5 stars out of 5. I don't get out for lunch very often anymore, and it was nice to find a really good meal.
