Treadmill run

I ran my first run on a treadmill in a long while, and it was a nice change. Here's the workout:

20' warmup
6X 2' at 11.2 mph (which according to this is 5:35/mile pace) with 2' rest. 
10' spinning on the bike

It felt good, I felt in control, and the double mirrors were approving of my form, if not my countenance.
