For the kids

Another short run today, as my weekly Friday track session called for just 2 X 1k with 3:00 rest between. The whole family walked up to the track and with the usual wind on the back stretch I warmed up for about 15'.

Then:

K's in 3:18, 3:23

Nice to have the family cheering, "go daddy" and "do it for your children" on the last 250m. Now there's a motivational holler.
