I ran 6:07, 6:09, 6:09, 6:07. Pretty good, but I could use some work on hitting my splits. I tended to run the first lap a bit fast and then adjusted as I went. My strength, as for most, is an evenly split effort. I need to work on the slight surge in the middle 800. It felt like a tempo effort today.
What a strange day for weather, it almost snowed this morning and then I ran in sunshine and sunglasses this afternoon.
