Breaks between

Following work, I felt like a short run with breaks in between. The perfect prescription was a run to the track with some 200m efforts with 1-2' rest between. I left the watch at home and warmed up for about 2k and then ran 6 X 200m fast, but didn't push the efforts. I walked 100m between each, and 200m between a couple of the repeats. A quick workout tonight. A short cool down followed, and my run was done.
