Ran this afternoon in the wonderful warmth. With just a singlet on (and shorts) I rode my bike to the track and ran the following:
Around a 15' warm up with 4 X 50m strides
3 x 1k with 2' rest between in 3:40, 3:39, 3:41
Finished with six lines on the soccer pitch
A nice run at faster speeds without pushing the pace. With no intended structure, I just allowed the w/o to happen, deciding what I'd do when I was at the track. I'll slow things down tomorrow.
