I hadn't run in two days and was beginning to feel both guilty and out of sorts. I needed a run that was a bit faster. I rode the Norco to the track and warmed up for two miles. I had thoughts of doing some 800's, but after a 400, I decided that was long enough for today.
1 X 200 in 41"
5 X 400 in 1:20-1:21 (with 1:00-1:30 rest)
I was leaning towards the five 400's as this would give me just over 2k at a good speed.
