Slack week

Wed: 7k run in the heat.

Fri: 3.5k warm up before I ended at the track. While at the track I decided to run 1k repeats with no set time goal.

1st k = 3:46. I now decided that each one would be a bit quicker.
200m walk
2nd k =3:40
200m walk
3rd K =3:37
1k cool down
