My intention was to run at least 3 X 1k at the track. I rode up, warmed up for a couple k and threw in 4 X 50m strides. I ran 1k and felt my motivation level was not up to running another couple k's. So, I ad libbed a w/o that would give me some quicker paces.
I ran: 1 X 1k in 3:30
1X 800 in 2:40
1X 600
1X 400 in 1:19
1X 200
2X 100
'nuff said for now.
