Lazy, dazy, hazy

Before my run yesterday, I was completely lacking motivation during the previous 48hrs. In fact, I didn't make my run on Tuesday. I finally dragged my sorry butt out the door Wednesday afternoon. I ran a pedestrian 8k in the heat, the shade along the beach trail the most welcoming aspect of the run.
