I was too tired yesterday to get up and run before the heat of the day hit, so I waited. Hmmm, what to do? Indoor running! I ended up running on a treadmill for the first time in a long while. I ran a 20' warm up, working my way to 9.0 mph, followed by:
4 X 3:00 @ 10.5 mph w/ 2:00 rest between
1 X 1:00 @ 11.2 mph
I'm considering renewing my gym membership come the fall, it's nice to use the treadmill occasionally, and I think this body could use the odd core exercise. I'm more likely to do them at a gym.
