I was in the mood for a treadmill run and found one in pretty short order. I ran 20' warm up, progressing to 9.0 mph with a 1.0 incline. I then bumped it up and ran 5 X 2:00 at 10.7 mph with 1:30 rest between. I still feel like I'm shaking the rust off.
I'm looking for help in the blogosphere. I need to replace my watch strap for my Polar HRM s610. Anyone know of an online retailer? I can't seem to find one.
