Just because there hasn't been a post in a few days, doesn't mean there's been no running:
Thursday: 36:40 of easy running. Feeling great today.
Wednesday: 7k total with a 2k warm up, followed by 2 X 1 mile, 2 X 2:00, 1 X 3:00, with 1:00 rest between. All at 10 mph with a 1.0 incline. A total of 5k running at this tempo-like pace. Felt good to get the legs moving.
