Having renewed my gym membership this morning, I ran on the nice treadmill in the back corner. I warmed up for 20 minutes at around 8.0 mph with a 0.5 incline, and then finished up with 15' at 9.6 mph. It was good to move at a faster speed than I've been inclined to run lately.
It's going to be nice to have regular access to the gym again, especially during the bad weather, maybe do a bit of strength training, and use it as a staging ground for some outdoor runs.
