Shaking off the sloth

I missed running with Steve and Kevin due to my slothfulness this morning, and the fact I didn't get in touch with them in time, so I ran in the late morning. Luckily the weather broke and it was finally sunny after days of heavy rains. I ran north towards the mill for exactly 30 min. and returned for a total of 1hr. It was a terrific run, despite the (slight) loneliness, I ran easy, and with some conviction.
