Thursday: A 40 minute easy run.
Friday: I ran to the track for a 2k warm up, and there decided to run 1k at my spring 10k race pace, I ended running it in 3:48, which is about 3 sec. slow. Oh well, I took solace in the fact I'm not training for a specific event right now. After 1 minute rest, I ran what I'd call an easy-plus pace for 4k, which I did in 17:04. A 1k cool down to end the session. A run leaving me feeling good.
I'm pleased that I've strung three consecutive days running in, lately it's been a struggle.
