My favourite treadmill was occupied so I had to run on the "other" treadmill for 30 minutes this afternoon. I warmed up, and then ran 8.3 mph for about 20 minutes, and then 8.8 mph for the last 3 minutes. I saw Greg on my way out of the gym, but no sign of
"FB".
