Tight calf

I woke up this morning and my right calf was tight and sore, and have no idea why. After work, I went to the treadmill, and with some of the advice Lorne passed on to me ran this:

10' warm up

5 X 11.5 mph for 00:30

5 X 12.5 mph for 00:30

5 X 13.5 mph for 00:20

3 X 14.5 mph for 00:20

1 X 15.0 mph for 00:20

Enough rest this week between reps, so the reps weren't forced according to an arbitrary time line. I didn't want to push too hard today with my calf not 100%. A good w/o nonetheless.
