Two runs

Ran the "tour de trail" this morning with Alston, some of it quite quickly, with a slight detour at one point. The name of the trail we detoured off on to escapes me right now. The big man was moving at several points, forcing me to hang on. Total running time was in the neighbourhood of 1:05:00.

The day was so lovely, it would have been a shame not to have put in another run at sunset. That being said, with the kids in bed, I went out for a short run of about 30 minutes, followed by some bridging exercises.
