Moved my run from yesterday to early this morning to avoid the heat, but despite getting out the door just as the sun was rising, it was still pretty warm. I ran for 8k and finished up with 6 x strides on the sea walk. My legs were feeling fairly lethargic for the first 3/4 of the run, and I could feel a very slight twinge in my right hip following the w/o. Time to rest.
