Last night I was at the track during a nice, slightly windy evening. I ran a bunch of different distances at an interval type pace for a total of 4.5k.
I ran a few 800's, 400's, 500, 600's, with the intent on just mixing it up. Lots of rest between repeats. A nice night for a run, lots of walkers on the track, and a soccer match on the pitch. Quite a bit of activity there last night.
