Ran a threshold w/o yesterday. I was going to do 4 X 1600m for a total of 6.4k, but ended up modifying it slightly on the fly - a few shorter repeats, but with the same total volume.
1k warm up with strides
2 X 1600 (1:00 rest between all repeats)
1 X 1200
2 X 1000
6.4K total
