The trouble with dog owners

During my 9k run today, I was chased by a young german shepherd that was viciously posturing towards me, and was relentless for a good 100m or so. I had to stop running and use some avoidance techniques to get out of the situation. There was lots of mad barking and circling. It was a bit scary frankly. I took the time when I safely got home to call the city bylaw office and report this loose dog on Mckenzie Ave.
