On insults

The world cup is over but I see there will be an investigation into Zidane's headbut. Now Materazzi, the receiver of the now infamous knock on the chest is saying:

"I did insult him, it's true," Materazzi said in Tuesday's Gazzetta dello Sport. "But I categorically did not call him a terrorist. I'm not cultured and I don't even know what an Islamic terrorist is."
He would not expand on what he said to Zidane, saying his comment was just a common insult players hear all the time.

I'm supposing that Materazzi knows what Mr. Zidane's mother or sister do in their private moments, but doesn't have an inkling about 911, the London or Spanish bombings. Things that make you go hmmm........

On a different note, King Ralph Klein has this take on politics: Politics no fun after you 'quit drinking': Klein (Thanks, Dave for this one) So that's why the electorate suffers from political apathy!
