Ran 10K easy today on the streets around my home as I was a bit pressed for time today. And because of that "pressing", it's an extremely short post today. My legs felt good today, the weather is beautiful, and I'm off to work......

Seven-Year-Old Collapses After Running 68 Kilometers In IndiaA four-year-old wunderkind named Budhia Singh had already been ordered by police in Bangladore, India to stop his arduous ultramarathons. Now, a seven-year-old destined to be called "Budhia II," Mrityunjay Mandal, collapsed after finishing 68k of an 80k race in Mumbai. He was out on the course for nine hours and later was hospitalized with severe dehydration. "I want my son to compete in the Olympics," said his father. "He may not have finished this run, but one day he will. He is very courageous." Yeah, but ... he's seven. Give him about about seven years off, okay, Dad?
