A wind storm was brewing this afternoon, so I went to the gym and ran the treadmill. I kept the run short (35:00) and my legs felt strong today. The right leg isn't 100% but it felt better today, probably by virtue of keeping the run short. I ran paying extra care to my form, and that my right side wasn't "collapsing" when striking with my right foot. When running easy, I think I may have an increased tendency to get lazy with my form.
