Flat ladders

It's been a while since I did a ladder workout. Turns out Halloween day was the last one. This one wasn't nearly as tough, as I did just one cycle of the workout. Nonetheless, it still was a tough, shorter workout. I was lacking a bit in the motivation column to get out there in the trail muck, and I wanted to be careful with my slight leg twinge from yesterday, so I had it in my mind before I had started that I'd be happy with just one cycle. My legs were feeling good before the run, and I ensured I was warmed up, did some drills and strides. The (ever so) slight twinge is back after the run, but I've got two days easy running ahead which will hopefully take care of things.

I ended with 4.8K of fairly hard running and the workout took about ~50 min. The trail was in pretty good shape considering the weather lately; it was a bit muddy, as evidenced by the mud caked up the back of my white shirt.
