Here's an interesting story of a British runner, Felicity Milton, who is 19 and was discovered very recently. She ran her first serious XC race in October, and has taken British Athletics by storm. Milton was discovered at the end of the summer in a pre-season training session for XC. She's an accomplished hockey player, skier and swimmer and now runner.

She finished 35th, 1:32 behind the winner, at the European Championships today. Very respectable.
