Went for a run in the snow today in Knutsford, just outside of Kamloops. Snow on the roads, but they were runnable..... It's a rolling country road that was downhill out and that led to a brutal uphill back. A wicked wind was in my face on the way back and the temp. is about -10deg. C. Ran for 52:00.
